A passenger accidentally forgot to collect their bags from the vehicle before it left our drop off point, we got in touch with the driver approximately 10 mins after he had left, however said he was unable to return the bags as he was too busy. Attempting to arrange the bag pick up was difficult and we ended up having to drive to his house to pick them up the following day. He had kindly looked after them however.
Appreciate it is not his fault for leaving the bags; however a quick check by the driver would have prevented all the hassle the following day (as all our other drivers on the day said they do a quick check before departing) "
