However , I have to say I was disappointed by your service today , (3rd August)on returning to EastMidlands airport. I was expecting to be greeted by your driver at 3.00pm as booked, as i was travelling with an elderly relative. There seemed to be a mix up with flight times for the return flight ,by your dispatcher, even though i had asked for the times and highlighted outwards and inbound flight numbers. This meant a call to your service number and 1/2 wait. This is the first time i have used this type of transfer service as i usually use the MEET & GREET SERVICE at the airport . Not sure i would use you again. "

The system is not user friendly nor disabled friendly for people who struggle using the phone and have hearing difficulties. Please sort out the system so that something that is booked online can be changed online."

"Our driver was over 45 minutes late, after booking the car over 4 hours in advance. I rang when the driver was 5 minutes late and was told he would arrive in 10 minutes. If I had not been lied to then we would have been able to re-book with another company, and would have made our train. As it was, we missed our train to Heathrow and were forced to buy new tickets at £130. I rang and made a complaint the same day and was told I would receive a call back. This complaint has still not been acknowledged. I expect Stallion cars to compensate me for the cost of the train tickets, and if I do not receive acknowledgement of this complaint I will be referring this issue to consumer affairs. All in all, disgraceful customer service."

Was told would not drop us off at the airport unless we pay extra £3 4. We had no choice but to pay the hidden charge as the taxi was already late (not drivers fault) AND was told will drop us of at long stay (15mins away) if we do not pay £3 to be dropped off at the airport "

"The journey to Newark Train Station: The driver had been smoking in the taxi Exceeded the speed limit considerably on the A46. Return Journey: Train delayed driver called. I apologised and asked if he could wait for us we would only be another 10 minutes. He was then going to start his meter (for a pre paid journey), I told him 'where to go', at which point he started screaming at me down the phone so I hung up. We were then left to find a taxi on Friday afternoon which as you can imagine took some time. Apart from that what else could you improve on???"

I apologised and asked if he could wait for us we would only be another 10 minutes. He was then going to start his meter (for a pre paid journey), I told him 'where to go', at which point he started screaming at me down the phone so I hung up. We were then left to find a taxi on Friday afternoon which as you can imagine took some time. Apart from that what else could you improve on???"
